Accounting 10

Students are introduced to the basic definitions and concepts of accounting, as well as the foundational information such as the accounting equation and transaction entries. Students will use this information to create financial papers that are used throughout industry to make business decisions.

What Will I Learn?

Throughout this course students will examine how a service business, organized as a sole proprietorship, records, processes, analyzes, and presents financial information. As part of this examination, different cash controls will be reviewed and students will gain an understanding of how a business ensures the legitimacy of their financial records and data.
