How does Sask DLC work in your school?
You can explore a class that piques your interest, develop a new skill, or take a missed class by adding a Sask DLC course to your current school timetable.
When it's time for your Sask DLC course, simply go to the designated space in your school, log into DLCgo, and work on your course. Your Sask DLC teacher regularly check in with you and coordinate with our Online Learning Facilitator (OLF) at your school to help you stay on track. The OLF will assist with exams and answer any questions you might have. All of your assignments will be submitted to your Sask DLC teacher online. If you want to work on your course outside of school, you're in luck because you can access your course 24/7 (except for live synchronous classes). Each course you take will earn you a credit towards graduation!

What is the time Commitment?
Each course is designed to be about 100 hours of course work—which is equivalent to an hour a day, five days a week for a semester. Our courses are available any time of the day or night, so you won’t have to be sitting at a certain place at a certain time to be successful.
How will I Stay on Track?
A course timeline will be provided to you for each of your classes that will give you a guideline for completing your course on time. If you fall behind, your teacher will be in touch to help you with tools for getting caught up and staying on track.
Credits and Percentages
Each course will earn you one credit, and 24 credits are required to graduate. If you would like to complete all credits in three years, you should plan to take eight courses each year. You will be earning percentages now, rather than points. A minimum overall average of 50% is required for each course to pass and receive a credit.
What do I need to supply?
High school students taking a software-dependent course should contact their primary school to obtain access to the required software.
Live Class Schedule
Synchronous live classes are delivered online, in real-time. A teacher instructs students through an online platform at a scheduled time daily. These are available for many core high school courses. It is also available for Kindergarten to Grade 9 students.
