What Will I Learn?

You will improve your time management skills, and learn about shipping, receiving, hauling, culling, breeding decisions, animal first aid and beef food safety. You will also explore livestock feeding programs and healthcare, effective record-keeping and pasture management strategies. Topics of farm safety, mental health in agriculture and Indigenous farming practices are also explored.

Access to cattle and cattle facilities is required, as you will need to submit videos demonstrating the skills you have learned.
