You will learn about the various methods of energy production in Saskatchewan, as well as new energy alternatives.

You will also explore careers, training and workplace safety while considering how to build sustainable energy future in Saskatchewan.

**Note - Energy and Mines - Energy Production 20 is available beginning in September of the 2026-27 school year.

Students can earn credit in either Energy and Mines - Energy Production 20 or Energy and Mines - Oil & Gas 20, but not both.
