Students will learn basic terminology and concepts around computer aided-design.
Note: There is limited space in this course and registration will be closed once at capacity.
Students will create basic mechanical drawings, explore dimensioning and understand how to measure and visually represent an object proportionately and to scale. With drafting software, students will apply that knowledge transforming a 3D object into a 2D object and vice versa.
Introduction to architectural design and careers in the drafting field will also be covered.

What is a proctor?Students must have a Windows based computer capable of running both AutoCAD and REVIT. 30GB - 40GB of hard drive storarge is required.
