You will apply techniques to prepare more complex recipes, while strengthening your French language skills. You will begin to explore food-related topics such as food safety, cultural food practices and food preservation.
You will cultivate a general interest in food, become more aware of the importance of a balanced diet and its role in maintaining physical well-being. You will explore the nutritional value of fruits, vegetables and grain products, while learning how to make soups, sauces and breads.
