Sask DLC is committed to helping you learn in a variety of ways - with the resources you need to succeed and in a way that fits your family.
Sask DLC courses are created specifically for students learning in an online environment. Lesson plans, course notes, instructional videos, and assessment tools are developed by Sask DLC teachers to work specifically for distance learning students.

Available to students, no matter where they live in Saskatchewan
Kindergarten Courses: ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies, Health, Art, Physical Education
Students and families have the option to enroll in live broadcast synchronous course OR the online asynchronous course.
Live broadcast synchronous: students are provided teacher led education at a distance. Students will be online with the teacher and the class for three periods a day.
Online asynchronous: students follow the online course content and/or print package. Teachers offer weekly optional live meetings to support learning and be available throughout the school day for support.
Monitor students daily and assist with timely submission of assignments
Maintain weekly progress by scheduling work time based on course outline
Communicate with students teacher(s) and school administration by email or phone

What is a proctor?Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre provides Kindergarten to Grade 12 courses to Saskatchewan students who choose to study online. We empower students and families to choose the learning environment that works best for them, while supporting their graduation plan.
