What Will I Learn?

You will learn about effective communication skills, creating SMART goals, how to work with and lead others and how understanding human behaviour, ethics and respect can support you as you step into leadership roles.

You will participate in personality testing, which will allow you to see who you are as learners and leaders, and how you can work in groups with other personalities.

You will hone your leadership skills through hands on application, volunteering, mentorship, inquiry and project-based learning. This course will provide a solid foundation for life, work and citizenship.
