Post-Secondary Readiness 30L

You will learn about skills and strategies needed to thrive academically, personally and socially. You will explore mental health and stress management, time and project management, digital tools, academic research and writing, exam preparation and collaborative learning – tailored to the general requirements of postsecondary programs.

You will also be introduced to key campus resources and support services required to transition confidently into independent post-secondary life.
