Visual Art 30

You will build upon your personal artistic style and voice by using familiar and unfamiliar art-making processes and techniques to create artwork, inspired by Canadian artists. You will investigate how visual art can support and build relationships and deepen our understanding of who we are as Canadians.

What Will I Learn?

You will learn to appreciate Canadian art and explore your own artistic preferences and gain independence in planning and creating artworks using various materials and forms.

Additionally, you will dive into the evolution of art, its power to inspire change on personal and community levels, and its role in building relationships and fostering understanding that we are all treaty people.
