This course is a combination of health and physical education, focusing on creating and revising a personal plan for wellness. It aims to develop confident, capable students who value and maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

What Will I Learn?

You will learn about self-awareness, self-management, safety, physical fitness, mental wellness and healthy eating.

This Wellness 10 online course offers a unique option to gain the required high school physical education credit. This course requires you to take part in approximately 70 days of activity, including tracking your movement, resistance and cardio training and volunteering hours. If students would like more time to complete the course, they may opt to register in a year-long course versus the Semester 1 or 2 option.
